    Great cars- yes!
Sadly all the negative publicity has killed the resale value of my current 9-5. Would I buy another one - probably not.

I am very glad, because it would have been a great loss of a passionate team developping very fine cars. I drive Saab sind 1993, started with a 9000 CD 2 turbo auto (190k km when bought, 330k when changed against a 9-3NG on LPG), but my heart remained in the 9000, so I bought a Aero from 1997 a few months ago, After I bought a 900 classic cab 1 an half year ago. I don't drive much any more, but want to drive with pleasure. I between I had two 9-5 's. Fin cars too, but I wanted to tast the "real" old saabs so ... My wife even appreciate them. I think even my brother would like to buy a classic 900. With a sports suspension it is a real kart!
Unfortunately I would not be able to spend actually 30k or more euros for a car, but my heart is with them. AN as a industrial design engineer I consider these cars as really designed for driving insafety, confort and with pleasure. Most cars today suffer from too much glamour design, not ergonomical, no caracter, all the same, no spirit. As far as I understood from Spyker, the focus on this parlicularity, but not easy challenge to meet on commercial field I believe. I wish them success with this adventure "new era of Saab", to find the glory they merit as being professional passionates.

Absolute support. Never compromise the Saab essence. You aware of it when you look at a Saab. You feel in when you drive a Saab. You see it in the faces of your passengers. You know it when you meet another Saab on the road. You're thankful for it when you park your car at the end of the day.

I feel every time I'm in my 2001 95 estate.
