The town of Trollhättan is hosting thousands of Saab enthusiasts from across the world this weekend. Fans can visit the Saab Car Museum, take a tour of the Saab factory, listen in at seminars or admire racing drivers showing off their skills in the Midnight Sun Rally. On Saturday night, a large dinner is planned.
The Saab Car Museum will be open free of charge all weekend, enabling visitors to take a trip down Saab heritage lane and admire the many classic Saabs on exhibition there. Next to the museum, there will also be an exhibition of fan-owned Saabs of all varieties.
Apart from a visit to the museum, Saab fans can engage in lots of other activities from factory tours to seminars on Saab-related topics and exhibitions, while Trollhättan will also be hosting the Midnight Sun Rally, with several classic Saabs taking part. The festival is expected to peak during the Top Notch dinner planned for Saturday night.
Oh I wish we could be there! I'm sure it will be a glorious event and celebration - especially now there's a fab future for SAAB. I hope everyone has a fantastic time. Looking forward to our trip to Trollhättan in August!

Would have been nice to reach out to some of the U.S. Saab communities. We've been waiting for something like this post-Spyker sale. Oh well, guess we'll have to make do with SOC in, sigh, Ohio.

Saab is alive now but not doing well in terms of sales and perception. I am an owner of Saab 9-3 Turbo X and would like to know about plans to revive the brand, mainly in the middle east where i live.

it simply was brilliant. Took in total something like 28 hrs of traveling (but who cares when driving a Saab?). Met a lot of people, enjoyed the dinner on Saturday, THANKS to the organisers.
